Founded in 1961, by James E. Walden. Helena Marine Service Incorporated is located on the bank of the Mississippi River at the Helena Arkansas Bridge providing midstream fueling and supply delivery.
In 1987, Walden established another company the Helena Bridge Terminal. This company loaded and off loaded barges. Handles mostly grains, fertilizer, cottonseed hulls, and rock. The terminal is outfitted with aa 24,500 bushel capacity grain bin. As well as, a 42(in) belt system for unloading of trucks.
