The company is family-owned sharing responsibility for LNG services with American Tugs Incorporated of Yabucoa, Puerto Rico, and with Svitzer A/S of Copenhagen. At the EcoEléctrica import facility at Penuelas, Guayanilla Bay. This is located about midway along the island's south coast.

The South Puerto Rico Towing company is also the primary ship-assist provider at the port of Poncé, Puerto Rico. Which is located about ten miles from Guayanilla, Puerto Rico.
