In 1992, the company expanded their services adding a heavy marine division. The company provides Ship Husbandry, Civil Engineering, Inspection Services, Commercial Diving, Maintenance and Repair, and Marine Construction.

In 2024, Marine Technologies Incorporated's marine assets were acquired by Ballard Marine Construction of Washougal, Washington.
