Built in 2017, by the Fincantieri Bay Shipbuilding Corporation of Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin (hull #786) as the Millville for the WaWa Corporation of Media, Pennsylvania.

The Keystone Shipping Company of Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania was contracted to manage, man, and operate the vessel.

Powered by two, twelve cylinder, General Electric 12V250MDC8 diesel engines. With Reintjes GMBH WAF 4555 reduction gears, at ratio of 5,091:1. Turning two, bronze, fixed pitch propellers, mounted in kort nozzles. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 8,000 horsepower.
