Built in 1946, by Ira S. Bushey and Sons of Brooklyn, New York (hull #580) as the F.L. Hayes for Spentonbush Fuel.
In 1981, she was later acquired by the Eklof Marine Corporation of Staten Island, New York where she was renamed as the Reliable.
In 1989, she was renamed as the Aquarius.
In 1997, she was renamed as the Shivani.
In 1999, she was renamed as the Victory J. she is still reported as active, under the Guyana flag.
She was a near sister (Bushey Built) to the Reliable II and was operated in the sludge business for two years.
