The tug was then acquired by the Gellatly Petroleum and Towing Corporation of Hopewell Junction, New York where she was renamed as the Peter F. Gellatly.
She was later sold, where the tug was renamed as the Rusty Venture.
In 1996, the tug was acquired by Christiansen Marine Incorporated of Hampton, Virginia. Where she was renamed as the Mustang.
In 1998, she was acquired by the Back River Towing Company Incorporated of Chesapeake, Virginia. Where the tug was renamed as the Sandy Point.
In 2010, the tug went out of documentation. Her current, and or final disposition is unknown. She was as twin screw towboat, rated at 900 horsepower.
