Built in 2018, by the Gulf Island Fabrication Incorporated of Jennings, Louisiana (hull #6011) as the Mark E. Keubler for the Bay Houston Towing Company of Houston, Texas.

A Z-Tech 30-80 series tractor tug. Designed by the Naval Architecture firm, Robert Allan Limited of Vancouver, British Columbia.

Along with the Suderman and Young Towing Company of Houston, Texas. The Bay Houston Towing Company is part of a combined operating company, the G and H Towing Company of Houston, Texas.

In 2011, the G and H Towing Company became part of a joint venture between the Moran Towing Corporation of New Canaan, Connecticut. Serving the Cameron LNG facility near Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Powered by two, Tier IV compliant, Caterpillar 3516 E diesel engines. With Schottel SRP-510 FP z-drives, for a rated 6,772 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two 125-kW John Deere 6068AFM85 diesel generators. The tug's capacities are 42,629 gallons of fuel, 6,699 gallons of fresh water, and 815 gallons of lube oil.

She is outfitted with two, FFS fire monitors. Rated at 6,200 gallons per minute. Driven by two, Tier IV compliant, Caterpillar C18 diesel engines, rated at 831 horsepower.

The towing equipment consists of a Markey DEPFC-52 75-hp, winch with 436(ft) of 3.25(in) synthetic line mounted on the bow.
