Built in 2019, by Gulf Island Fabrication Incorporated of Jennings, Louisiana (hull #6012) as the Ted C. Litton for the Suderman and Young Towing Company of Houston, Texas.

She is a Z-Tech 30-80 series tractor tug. Designed by the Naval Architecture firm, Robert Allan Limited of Vancouver, British Columbia.

Along with the Bay Houston Towing Company of Houston, Texas. The Suderman and Young Towing Company is part of a combined operating company, the G and H Towing Company of Houston, Texas.

In 2011, the G and H Towing Company became part of a joint venture between the Moran Towing Corporation of New Canaan, Connecticut. Serving the Cameron LNG facility near Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Powered by two, Tier IV compliant, Caterpillar 3516 E diesel engines. With Schottel SRP-510 FP z-drives. She is a twin screw tractor tug, rated at 6,772 horsepower.

Her electrical service is proved by two, 125kW generator sets. Driven by two, Tier IV compliant, John Deere 6068AFM85 diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 42,620 gallons of fuel, 1,727 gallons of lube oil, 134 gallons of hydraulic oil, 32,506 gallons of ballast, and 6,700 gallons of potable water.

The towing equipment consists of a 50 horsepower, Markey DEPCF-48S, electric hawser winch, outfitted with 9(in) Saturn 12 Samson hawser.
