Built in 1979, by Parker Brothers Shipyard Incorporated of Houston, Texas (hull #49) as the Edith for the Harbor Towing and Docking Company of Lake Charles, Louisiana.

In 2017, the tug went out of documentation. Her current, and or final disposition is unknown.

Powered by two, Powered by two, EMD 16-645CE diesel engines. With LST Falk Marine MG-DPC reduction gears. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 3,900 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 40kW, Delco generator sets. Driven by two, Detroit Diesel 4-71 diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 26,000 gallons of fuel, 900 gallons of lube oil, 150 gallons of hydraulic oil, 1,500 gallons and 10,000 gallons of ballast.

The towing equipment consists of a 24(in) Capstan. Driven by a 15 horsepower electric motor, mounted on her stern.
