Built in 2016, by Intracoastal Iron Works Incorporated of Bourg, Louisiana (hull #171) as the Ursula Cenac for the Cenac Towing Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana.

In 2019, the Cenac Towing Company was acquired by the Kirby Corporation of Channelview, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Port Eads.
