In 1987, the tug was acquired by Double Eagle Marine Incorporated of New Iberia, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Grand Eagle.
In 2004, she was acquired by the Delta Towing Company of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Delta Mule.
In 2013, the tug was acquired by Eastern Barge Services Incorporated of Syossett, New York (a subsidy of the Greater New York Marine Transportation Incorporated of Syossett, New York.) Where she was renamed as the Eastern Dawn.
In 2020, she was acquired by Stasinos Marine LLC. of Weymouth, Massachusetts. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2023, Stasinos Marine LLC. renamed the tug as the Toula C.
In 2023, the tug was acquired by the R.E. Pierson Construction Company of Pilesgrove, New Jersey. Where she was renamed as the Paige Madison.
Powered by two, Cummins QSK-19 diesel engines. With ZF ZFW 2450 reduction gears at a ratio of 5.04:1. Turning two 70(in) by 70(in) cast steel, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 1,200 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two, 40kW generator sets. Driven by two John Deere 405D754730 diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 8,800 gallons of fuel, 75 gallons of hydraulic oil, 55 gallons of slop oil, 100 gallons of lube oil, and 8,000 gallons of potable water.
The towing equipment consists of two, hand operated, Paterson, 40 ton deck winches mounted on the bow.
