Built in 1973, by Halter Marine Services Incorporated of New Orleans, Louisiana (hull #397) as the John B. for Francouer Marine Incorporated of Amesbury, Massachusetts.

In 1998, the tug was acquired by G and B Marine Incorporated of Beaumont, Texas. Where she was renamed as the Miss Yvette.

In 1999, she was acquired by Double Eagle Marine Incorporated of New Iberia, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2000, the tug was acquired R and B Falcon Marine Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Comanche Eagle.

In 2002, she was acquired by Delta Towing of Houma, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Delta Skipper.

In 2006, the tug was acquired by International Marine Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was rename as the Int'l Skipper.

She is a twin screw tug, rated at 1,800 horsepower.
