In 2013, the tug was acquired by Luedtke Engineering Company of Frankfort, Michigan. Where she was renamed as the Paul L. Luedtke.

In 2023, she was acquired by Kokosing Industrial Incorporated of Fredericktown, Ohio. Where the tug was renamed as the W.M. Boyd.

Powered by two, Cummins KT38-M diesel engines. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 1,800 horsepower.
