Built in 1939, by the Manitowoc Shipbuilding Company of Manitowoc, Wisconsin (hull #294) as the Erich R. Luedtke for the Luedtke Engineering Company of Frankfurt, Michigan.

In 2019, the tug was "laid up" at Frankfort, Michigan. She was a single screw tug, rated at 200 horsepower.

In 2023, the tug was acquired by Fogg Marine Enterprises of Ironton, Michigan, where she retained her name.
