In 2001, the tug was acquired by Halliburton Energy Services Incorporated of Westlake, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.
In 2005, she was acquired by Daigle Towing Service Incorporated of Belle Chasse, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Mr. Max.
Powered by two, GM 12V-71 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 6:1. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 800 horsepower.
