Built in 1996, by St. Charles Steel Works Incorporated of Thibodaux, Louisiana (hull #94) as the Morgan Ray for Daigle Towing Service Incorporated of Belle Chasse, Louisiana.

In 2006, the tug was acquired by Patterson Marine Incorporated of Morgan City, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Miss Madeline.

In 2014, she was acquired by Central Boat Rentals Incorporated of Berwick, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.

Re powered in 2014, she is powered by two, John Deere 6135 diesel engines. With Twin Disc reduction gears, at a ratio of 4.5:1. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 1,500 horsepower.
