In 2010, the tug was acquired by the Cenac Towing Company of Houma, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.
In 2013, she was acquired by the Cashman Equipment Corporation of Dorchester Center, Massachusetts. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2019, the tug was chartered by Dawn Offshore Services Incorporated of Gretna, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.
In 2020, she was acquired by Dawn Offshore Services Incorporated of Gretna, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Aegean Dawn.
Powered by two, Caterpillar 3516 diesel engines. With Rientjes WAV1450 reduction gears, at a ratio of 5:1. Turning two, 87(in) by 90.5(in), stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers, mounted in kort nozzles. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 6,000 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two, 75kW generators. Driven by two, GM 6-71 diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 65,000 gallons of fuel, 1,600 gallons of lube oil, and 20,000 gallons of water.
The towing equipment consists of a double drum, INTERcon DD200 towing winch. Outfitted with 2,000(ft) of 2(in) towing wire on the primary drum. And, 2,000(ft) of 2(in) towing wire on the secondary drum.
