MADAM ROSE

Built in 1972, by the Houma Shipbuilding Company of Houma, Louisiana (hull #45) as the Madam Rose for Jefferson Marine Towing Incorporated of Harvey, Louisiana.

In 2014, the tug was acquired by the Pearl River Navigation Company of Slidell, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.

In 2015, she was acquired by Coastal Marine Contractors Incorporated of Slidell, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2019, the tug was acquired by River Ventures Incorporated of St. Amant, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Old Glory.

Powered by two, GM 12V-71 diesel engines. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 800 horsepower.
