Built in 1978, by Modern Marine Power Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana (hull #25) as the Dallas J. Adams for Doucet and Adams Incorporated of Galliano, Louisiana.

In 2000, the tug was acquired by Harley Marie Services Incorporated of Seattle, Washington. Where she was renamed as the Eagle.

In 2019, Harley Marine Services Incorporated became the Centerline Logistics Corporation of Seattle, Washington. Where the tug retained her name.

Powered by two, Caterpillar 3512B diesel engines. With Twin Disc MG 5600 reduction gears, at a ratio of 5.04:1. Turning two, 76.5(in) by 73(in) stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers, mounted in kort nozzles. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 6,000 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 75kW generator sets, driven by two, Detroit 6-71 diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 83,610 gallons of fuel, 5,780 gallons of water, 1,250 gallons of lube oil, and 410 gallons of hydraulic oil.

The towing equipment consists of a Smatco 55DPDT, double drum, towing winch. Driven by a dedicated Detroit Diesel 8v-71 diesel engine. And, a Smatco 18-20-1000-HAS20 headline/anchor winch, mounted on her bow.
