Built in 2000, by Commercial Marine Incorporated of Tampa, Florida as the Port Tampa for the Divine Seaside Delivery Company of St. Petersburg, Florida.
She was later acquired by the P and L Towing and Transportation Company of Miami, Florida. Where the tug retained her name. And was converted for use as a towing vessel.
In 2023, she was removed from active service.
Powered by a single, Detroit 6V71 diesel engine with a Allison MH 30-R reduction gear. She is a single screw towboat, rated at 300 horsepower.
Her electrical service is proved by one, 12 VDC alternator. The tug's capacities are 400 gallons of fuel.
