Built in 1981, by the Dravo SteelShip Corporation of Pine Bluff, Arkansas (hull #210) as the Tunica for Warrior and Gulf Navigation Incorporated of Chickasaw, Alabama.

In 2014, the tug was acquired by Louisiana Marine Operators Incorporated of Broussard, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Miss Lillie.

Powered by two, twelve cylinder, Caterpillar 3512 diesel engines. With Twin Disc 5600 reduction gears, at a ratio of, 6.04:1. Turning two, 80(in) by 69(in), stainless steel, fixed pitch, five bladed propellers. She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 2,000 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 60kW, Caterpillar Model 3304B generator sets. The tug's capacities are 18,000 gallons of fuel, and 4,000 gallons of potable water.

The towing equipment consists of two, Patterson, 40 ton face winches.
