In 1995, the tug was acquired by the Woodington Corporation of Norfolk, Virginia. Where she retained her name.

In 2005, she was acquired by the McLean Contracting Company of Glen Burnie, Maryland. Where the tug was renamed as the Marauder.

She is a twin screw towboat, rated at 700 horsepower.
