In 1999, the tug was chartered to the Cenac Towing Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.

In 2019, the tug was acquired by Basin Fleeting Incorporated of Berwick, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the John G. Morgan

Powered by three, GM 12V-71 diesel engines with Twin Disc reduction gears at a ratio of 6:1. She is a triple screw towboat, rated at 1,200 horsepower.
