Built in 1961, at St. Charles, Louisiana as the Longhorn for Twenty Grand Marine Service Incorporated of Morgan City, Louisiana.

In 1982, the tug was acquired by the Southern Dredging Company Incorporated of Charleston, South Carolina. Where she was renamed as the Captain George.

In 2020, the tug was acquired by Coastline Marine Incorporated of Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey. Where the tug was renamed as the Osprey.

Powered by two, Detroit Diesel 12-V-71 diesel engines. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 700 horsepower.

Her electrical service provided Detroit 371 generatorsThe tug's capacities are 4,000 gallons of fuel, and 2,000 gallons of water.
