In 1995, the tug was acquired by the Gulfcoast Transit Company of Tampa, Florida. A subsidiary of the Tampa Electric Company of Tampa, Florida. Where the tug was renamed as the Rosie Paris.
In 2002, the Gulfcoast Transit Company became the TECO Ocean Shipping Company of Tampa, Florida. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2007, the TECO Transport Corporation was acquired Greenstreet Equity Partners L.P., a Miami-based private equity firm. Where the tug was renamed as the Gulfcoast.
In 2013, she was acquired by United Ocean Services LLC. of Tampa, Florida. Where the retained her name.
In 2016, the tug was acquired by Dawn Marine Services Incorporated of Gretna, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Red Dawn.
The tug is no longer listed in documentation. Her current and or final disposition is unknown. She was a twin screw tug, rated at 1,200 horsepower.
