In 2008, the tug was acquired by Martin Marine LLC. of LaPorte, Texas. Where she retained her name.

In 2016, she was acquired by the Cooper Marine and Timberlands Corporation of Mobile, Alabama. Where the tug was renamed as the Jackson III.
