JULIA FOSS

Built in 1964, by the Albina Machine and Engine Works Company of Portland, Oregon (hull #367) as the Julia Foss for Foss Launch and Tug of Tacoma, Washington.

The tug was later acquired by the Silver Bay Logging Company of Juneau, Alaska. Where she was renamed as the Silver Bay II.

In 2000, the Silver Bay Logging Company went out of business. Where she was re documented as a recreational vessel.

She was powered by two, Caterpillar 379 diesel engines.
