Built in 2016, by Conrad Shipyard Incorporated of Morgan City, Louisiana (hull #1108) as the Gulf Venture for the John W. Stone Oil Distributors of Cut Off, Louisiana.

Fitted with an INTERcon "C" coupler system. She is powered by two, Caterpillar 3516C-HD diesel engines. With Reintjes GMBH WAF 1173 reduction gears, at a ratio of 7.046:1. Turning two, Padgett Swann Machinery, fixed pitch, stainless steel, ABS grade CF-3, propellers. For a rated 5,150 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by three 150 kW Marathon 431PSL6254 generator sets. The tug's capacities are 49,400 gallons of fuel, 2,065 gallons of lube oil, 435 gallons of hydraulic oil, and 11,491 gallons of potable water.

She is "married" to the 399(ft), 74(ft), by 30(ft), 80,000(bbl) barge the Gulf Carrier. That was constructed simultaneously at Conrad Shipyard in Morgan City, Louisiana (hull #1086) as the Gulf Carrier for the John W. Stone Oil Distributors of Cut Off, Louisiana. The barge is also fitted with a Thrustmaster retractable azimuthing thruster rated at 750 horsepower.

In 2016, Harley Marine Services Incorporated of Seattle, Washington. Was contracted to man, and operate the unit.

In 2019, Harley Marine Services Incorporated became the Centerline Logistics Corporation of Seattle, Washington. Where the tug retained her name.

In 2019, the unit was returned to John W. Stone Oil Distributors of Cut Off, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.

In 2024, the unit was acquired by Marathon Asset Management LLP. of New York, New York. Where the tug was renamed as the Prospect Park. And, the barge was renamed as the MAM 80.

In 2024, the Vane Brothers Company of Baltimore, Maryland was contracted to manage and operate the unit. Where the units retained their names.
