In 2013, the tug was acquired by Magnolia Fleet Incorporated of Destrehan, Louisiana. Where she retained her name.

In 2024, she was acquired by Terral Riverservice Incorporated of Lake Providence, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Bailey B.
