Built in 1966, by the Gulfport Shipbuilding and Repair Company of Port Arthur, Texas (hull #682) as the
Bull Run.

In 1989, she was acquired by the Norfolk Tug Company of Norfolk, Virginia. Where she was renamed as the Lady D.

In 2005, the tug was acquired by Island Maritime Services of Fort Meyers, Florida. Where she was renamed as the Esther S.

In 2006, Island Maritime Services renamed the tug as the Betty.

In 2010, the tug went out of documentation. Her current, and or, final disposition is unknown. She was a single screw tug, rated at 1,900 horsepower.
