Built in 1983, by Patti Shipyard of Pensacola, Florida (hull #112) as the Raymond C. Peck for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
The tug was later acquired by Cheryl K Incorporated where she was renamed as the Martha T. The tug was then transferred to the ownership of Tug Martha T., llc of Onalaska, Texas where she retained her name.
