In 1978, the White Stack Towing Company was acquired by the Turecamo Coastal and Harbor Towing Corporation of New York, New York. Where the tug retained her name.
In 1998, the Turecamo Coastal and Harbor Towing Corporation was acquired by the the Moran Towing Corporation of New Canaan, Connecticut. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2025, the tug was acquired by the New York State Marine Highway Transportation Company of Troy, New York. Where she was renamed as the Mary Kay.
She is a twin screw tug, rated at 3,200 horsepower.
