Under construction to be completed in 2025, by Master Boat Builders Incorporated of Coden, Alabama (hull #487) as the J. Themistoclis Moran for the Moran Towing Corporation of New Canaan, Connecticut.

The tug will be a RApport 2800 class tug, designed by the naval architecture firm Robert Allen Limited of Vancouver, British Columbia.

She will be powered by two, Tier IV compliant, Caterpillar 3512E diesel engines. With Kongsberg US 2055 FP z-drives. She will be a twin screw tractor tug, rated at 6,770 horsepower.

Her towing equipment will consist of a Markey DEPC-48 bow winch.
