Gulf LNG Services LLC. is a joint venture of the Bay Houston Towing Company of Houston, Texas; the Suderman and Young Towing Company of Houston, Texas and Moran Towing Corporation of New Canaan, Connecticut.

A Z-Tech 30-80 series tractor tug. Designed by the Naval Architecture firm, Robert Allan Limited of Vancouver, British Columbia.

Powered by two, Tier IV compliant, Caterpillar 3516 HD diesel engines. With Lufkin MV1600S reduction gears, at a ratio of 2.000:1. With two, Schottel SRP-510 FP z-drives. She is a twin screw tractor tug, rated at 7,000 horsepower.

Her electrical service is proved by two, 125kW generator sets. Driven by two, Tier IV compliant, John Deere 6068AFM85 diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 42,620 gallons of fuel, 1,727 gallons of lube oil, 134 gallons of hydraulic oil, 32,506 gallons of ballast, and 6,700 gallons of potable water.

The towing equipment consists of a 50 horsepower, Markey DEPCF-48S, electric hawser winch, outfitted with 9(in) Saturn 12 Samson hawser.
