Built in 2026, by Eastern Shipbuilding Group of Panama City, Florida (hull #215) as the Pacific Pride for AmNAV Maritime Services of Oakland, California. A subsidiary of the Foss Maritime Company of Seattle, Washington.

The tug is a Dolphin+ class, based on the RApport 2600 class tug, designed by the naval architecture firm Robert Allen Limited of Vancouver, British Columbia.

Powered by two, Tier IV compliant, Caterpillar 3516E diesel engines. With Schottel SRP 510 z-drives. She is a twin screw tractor tug, rated at 7,000 horsepower.

Her towing equipment consists of a Markey DEPGF-52 winch on the bow.
