Built in 1976, by Quality Shipyards Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana (hull #135) as the Captain Dann for the Dann Ocean Towing Company Incorporated of Tampa, Florida.
In 1991, the tug was acquired by the Bouchard Transportation Company of Melville, New York. Where she was renamed as the Patricia C. Bouchard.
In 2001, the Bouchard Transportation Company renamed the tug, as the Evening Mist.
In 2020, the tug was phased out of active service and was "laid up" at Staten Island, New York.
In 2021, she was acquired by the Fournier Towing and Ship Service Incorporated of Belfast, Maine. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2021, the tug was acquired the Haugland Group LLC. of Melville, New York. Where she was renamed as the Everly Mist.
In 2024, the tug was phased out of active service and was "laid up" at Kingston, New York.
Powered by two, EMD 12-645-E6 diesel engines. Turning two, stainless steel, fixed pitch, propellers. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 3,000 horsepower.
Her electrical service is proved by two, 75kW generator sets. The tug's capacities are 109,631 gallons of fuel.
