Built in 1941, by RTC Shipbuilding of Camden, New Jersey (hull #134) as the Geo. Whitlock for Spentonbush Fuel Transport Service, Incorporated of Brooklyn, New York.

Later in 1941, she was transferred to the United States Navy and re designated as YO 57.

In 1947, she was sold and renamed as the J. A. Cummings.

In 1965, she was renamed as the Nepco 10.

In 1970, she was acquired by Boston Fuel Transportation of Boston, Massachusetts (a subsidiary of the Reinauer Transportation Company of Staten Island, New York) where she was renamed as the Karen Tibbetts.

In 1984, she was renamed as the Mary Gately.

In 1990, she was renamed as the Atco Mary Lee.

In 1993 she was renamed as the Fayou K. Later that year she was renamed as the Nori.

Her registry was deleted in 2001. The unit's physical current and or final disposition is unknown.
