Built in 2009, by Gulfbound LLC, of Chauvin, Louisiana (hull #102) as the Gladiator for Dragnet Seafood.

She was later acquired by Crosby Marine Transportation of Golden Meadow, Louisiana where she was renamed as the Capt. Webster.

Powered by two Cummins KTA 19 diesel engines with a 5:1 reduction, for a rated 1,200 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two 40kW generators. The tug's capacities are 12,000 gallons of fuel oil, and 18,000 gallons of potable water.
