Built in 1950, by Luders Marine Services Incorporated of Stamford, Connecticut as the C-6976 for the United States Navy.

In 1974, she was sold, and renamed as the Rusty.

The vessel was then acquired by the Kosnac Floating Derrick Corporation of Staten Island, New York. Where she was renamed as the Freddy K. 3.

She was later sold, and renamed as the G.M.D. I.

On June 21st, 1989, the vessel went out of documentation. Her current, and or final disposition is unknown. She was a single screw utility launch, rated at 220 horsepower.
