Built in 2007, by Washburn and Doughty Associates of East Boothbay, Maine (hull #90) as the Liberty for Marine Towing of Tampa of Tampa, Florida.

Powered by two Caterpillar 3516 B diesel engines with electronic injection, rated at 2,500 horsepower each, turning at 1,600 RPMs. With azimuthing Rolls Royce 1650H z drives equipped with 2400(mm) diameter stainless steel propellers and nozzles with stainless steel liners. For a rated 5,000 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two by 99kW generators, driven by two Caterpillar 3304 DIT diesel engines turning at 1,800 RPMs. Producing 208V, three phase electrical supply.

Another Caterpillar 3406TA diesel rated at 440 horsepower. Turning at 2,100RPMs driving an Aurora 411 centrifugal fire pump supplying two 1,500 gallon per minute SKUM Fire Monitors. With water and AFFF nozzles, and a self protection spray "deluge" system.

Her towing equipments consists a bow mounted electrically driven Markey model DEPC-48 single drum towing winch outfitted with 500(ft) of Spectra high performance towline. As well as towing bitts and a capstan mounted on the stern.
