Built in 1954, by Davie Shipbuilding Limited of Lauzon, Quebec (hull #601) as the Charlie S. for Davie Shipbuilding Limited of Luzon, Quebec.
In 1974, the tug was acquired by McAllister Towing Limited of Montreal of Montreal. Where she was renamed as the Cathy McAllister.
On January 20th, 1975 the tug sank at a Montreal pier. The following February the tug was salvaged and rebuilt.
In 1997, McAllister Towing Limited of Montreal was acquired by the Ocean Groupe Incorporated of Quebec, Canada. Where the retained her name.
In 2002, the tug was acquired by Heritage Harbour Marine Limited of London, Ontario. Where she was renamed as the Seven Sisters.
In 2005, she was acquired by Distribution Grand Lacs/St-Laurent (Three Rivers Elevators) a division of the Great Lakes Group of Trois-Rivieres, Quebec. Where the tug was renamed as the Doc Morin.
In 2011, the tug was scrapped at Port Weller, Ontario. She was Powered by a single, GM diesel engine. She was a single screw tug, rated at 1,200 horsepower.
