The tug was later acquired by the P.F. Martin Company of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Where the tug was renamed as the Indian.

In 1948, the P.F. Martin Company was acquired by the McAllister Brothers Towing Company of New York, New York. Where the tug retained her name

In 1958, the tug was acquired by the Harbor Towing Company of Baltimore, Maryland. A subsidiary if the Interstate Oil Transportation Company of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Where she retained her name.

The tug's current and or final disposition is unknown. She was single screw, rated at 150 horsepower.
