CATHLEEN E. MORAN (1914)

Built in 1914, by the Johnston Brothers Company of Ferrysburg, Michigan (hull #59) as the Philip T. Dodge for the International Paper Company of Memphis, Tennessee.

In 1917, the tug was acquired by the Moran Towing Company of New York, New York. Where the tug was renamed as the Eugene F. Moran.

In 1920, she was acquired by the General Electric Company of Stamford, Connecticut. Where she was renamed as the Schenectedy.

In 1925, the tug was acquired by the Dauntless Towing Line of New York, New York. Where the tug was renamed as the Dauntless No. 5.

In 1955, the Dauntless Towing Company was acquired by Moran Towing Company of New York, New York. Where the tug was renamed as the Cathleen E. Moran.

In 1964, she was acquired by the Decker Towing Company of New York, New York. Where she was renamed as the Mary D.

In 1968, the tug was acquired by the Kehoe Transportation Company of New York, New York. Where she was renamed as the Clayton P. Kehoe.

In 1971, she was sold. Where she was renamed as the Dori.

The tug was later acquired by the International Marine Company of Houma, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Robert A. Bott. She is no longer listed in documentation. The tug was single screw, rated at 350 horsepower.
