Built in 1978, by Houma Shipbuilding Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana (hull #69) as the the Al Cenac for the Cenac Towing Company Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana

In 2000, the tug was acquired by Crosby Marine Transportation Company of Golden Meadow, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Susan Crosby.

In 2015, she was acquired by the Seaward Marine Corporation of Norfolk, Virginia. Where the the tug was renamed as the Miss Morgan.

Powered by two, Caterpillar C-18 diesel engines. With Twin Disc 5222 D reduction gears, at a ratio of 6:1. Turning two, 63(in) x 58(in); four bladed, stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw tug, rated at 1,800 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 50kW Delco generator sets. Driven by two, Detroit Diesel 4-71 diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 14,000 gallons of fuel, 200 gallons of lube oil, 42 gallons of hydraulic oil, 130 gallons of slop oil, and 2,500 gallons of potable water.

The tug's towing gear consists of a single drum, Smatco, anchor towing winch. Driven by a single, GM 4-71 diesel engine. As well as, one capstan mounted on the stern.
