
Built in 1971, by John Bludworth Shipyard Incorporated of Houston, Texas (hull #72) as the Fort Lauderdale for the Port Everglades Towing Company of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
In 1997, the tug was acquired by SeaBulk Towing Services Incorporated of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Where she retained her name.
In 2013, the tug was acquired by the Portside Towing Company of Kingston, Jamaica. Where she was renamed as the Peacemaker.
In 2015, the Portside Towing Company renamed the tug as the A.E. Fuller.
She was powered by two, EMD 16-645-E2 diesel engines. With reduction gears, at a ratio of 4:25:1. Turning two, 114(in) by 76(in), fixed pitch, propellers. For a rated 4,200 horsepower.
The tug's electrical service was provided by two generators. Driven by two, Detroit Diesel 6-71N diesel engines. Her capacities where 50,000 gallons of fuel, 900 of lube oil, 900 gallons of hydraulic oil, and 2,100 gallons of potable water.
Her towing equipment consisted of a single NETEC single drum escort winch, mounted on her bow.
