In 1998, the North Bank Towing Company was acquired by Odyssea Vessels Incorporated of Berwick, Louisiana. Where the tug retained her name.
In 2014, the tug was acquired by the Crosby Marine Transportation Company of Golden Meadow, Louisiana. Where she was renamed as the Crosby Resolve.
In 2016, she was acquired by the the Kirby Corporation of Channelview, Texas. Where the tug was renamed as the Mount Bona.
Powered by two, Caterpillar 3508B diesel engines. With Reintjes WAF 571 reduction gears, at a ratio of 7.09:1. For a rated 4,200 horsepower.
The tug's capacities are 53,500 gallons of fuel, 1,350 gallons of lube oil, 350 gallons of hydraulic oil, and 10,000 gallons of potable water.
