Built in 1950 by the Nashville Bridge Company of Nashville, Tennessee as the Alice Ingram for the Ingram Barge Company of Nashville, Tennessee.

In 1990, she was later acquired by Jerico Products Incorporated of Petaluma, California. Where the tug was renamed as the Jerico Spirit.

Jerico Products later became known as Lind Marine Incorporated. At that time, the tug was renamed as the Trig Lind.

She is a square-bow pusher tug with a raised pilothouse.
