Built in 1946, by Ira S. Bushey and Sons of Brooklyn, New York (hull #580) as the F.L. Hayes for Spentonbush Fuel.
In 1981, she was later acquired by the Eklof Marine Corporation of Staten Island, New York where she was renamed as the Reliable .
In 1989, she was renamed as the Aquarius .
In 1997, she was renamed as the Shivani .
In 1999, she was renamed as the Victory J. she is still reported as active, under the Guyana flag.
She was a near sister (Bushey Built) to the Reliable II and was operated in the sludge business for two years.
