Built in 2017, by Main Iron Works Incorporated of Houma, Louisiana (hull #452-2) as the Liz Healy for the Bisso Towboat Company Incorporated of Luling, Louisiana.

Powered by two, Tier III compliant, Caterpillar 3516C diesel engines. With Rolls-Royce US 205 FP z drives. Turning two, 90.6(in) diameter, by 82.4(in) pitch, four bladed, stainless steel propellers. Set in stainless steel kort nozzles. She is a twin screw tractor tug, rated at 4,480 horsepower.

Her electrical service is provided by two, 99kW Marathon generator sets. Driven by two, John Deere 4045AFM85 diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 30,163 gallons of diesel fuel, 1,826 gallons of lube and hydraulic oil, and 10,938 gallons of potable water.
