In 1998, the tug was acquired by American Offshore Incorporated of Stafford, Texas. Where she retained her name.
In 2001, she was acquired by Odyssea Marine Incorporated of Berwick, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Mr. Joshua.
In 2014, she was acquired by the Crosby Marine Transportation Company of Golden Meadow, Louisiana. Where the tug was renamed as the Crosby Victory.
Powered by two, EMD 12-645-E6 diesel engines. With Reintjes WGV 501 reduction gears, at a ratio of 4.98:1. Turning two, stainless steel, fixed pitch propellers. She is a twin screw tug, rated 6,000 horsepower.
Her electrical service is provided by two, 75kW generator sets. Driven by two, GM 6-71 diesel engines. The tug's capacities are 75,000 gallons of fuel, 1,279 gallons of lube oil, 624 gallons of hydraulic oil, 624 gallons of gear oil, and 17,728 gallons of potable water.
The towing equipment consists of a single drum, Smatco 66 towing winch. Outfitted with 2,500(ft) of 2(in) towing wire.
